Illness and physical issues can often be influenced by emotional stress and mental health conditions. For instance, chronic stress, unresolved trauma, and emotional instability can manifest as physical symptoms or exacerbate existing ailments.

My personal journey through nearly 20 years of unresolved grief and trauma following my sister’s tragic homicide death, as well as other challenging experiences in my young adulthood, taught me that true healing requires more than traditional medicine and conventional grief counseling. It was through spiritual and holistic practices introduced to me by a compassionate, spiritual life coach that I found the ultimate healing I so desperately needed.

Today, I prioritize spiritual growth, guidance, and the cultivation of positive energetic healing and clearing in my approach to wellness. I am dedicated to providing Reiki and many other holistic and energy healing services that have profoundly impacted my life.
